Return & Exchange Policy

Feiyuehui Jewelry works with natural jadeite and high-value jewelry pieces, each of which is unique in material, color, structure, dimension, and light performance.

To protect both the client and the maison, return and exchange terms for high-value jadeite pieces are confirmed individually before purchase. Clients are encouraged to review detailed images, video viewing, certification information, and private consultation before confirming an order.

Pieces that have been resized, customized, re-mounted, specially reserved, privately sourced, or arranged for international delivery are generally not subject to standard return or exchange procedures. Final terms are confirmed privately before purchase.

If any issue occurs during delivery, please contact us immediately upon receipt and retain the full packaging, shipping documents, and unboxing record so that we may assist with insurance or logistics claims.
