Shipping & Delivery Policy

Feiyuehui Jewelry can arrange domestic and international delivery according to the client’s location and the value of the piece. Common carriers may include SF Express, DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other suitable logistics providers, depending on destination, item value, insurance requirements, and customs conditions.

For high-value jadeite pieces, insured delivery, separated shipment, private handover, or in-person viewing and delivery in locations such as Shenzhen, Hong Kong, or Singapore may be arranged where appropriate.

Customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and local compliance requirements are not included in the listed price and are the responsibility of the client according to the regulations of the destination country or region.

For million-dollar-plus collector pieces or other important jadeite works, Feiyuehui Jewelry recommends private delivery, in-person handover, or a specially confirmed insured logistics arrangement. Final delivery terms are confirmed in writing before payment and shipment.
